Please complete the form below to request a date, provide your contact information as well as essential details about the performance. Once the information is received, a member of the North Star Boys' Choir staff will contact you regarding choir availability, pricing, and other details.
Once a performance date is confirmed, the North Star Boys Choir will create a performance contract with all the event details including fees and music selection. Payment arrangments will be made when the contract is signed.
